Braydyn SpradlinLead Veterinary Technician
Braydyn is a very passionate reptile enthusiast with a bachelors degree in molecular and cellular biology. She brings a great deal of knowledge about reptiles with her and is more than happy to share that with pet parents! She previously worked at Caldwell Zoo as their reptile keeper for 2 years and was looking for a change and we were lucky to be that change! She currently has her own personal reptile house and rescues end stage reptiles for hospice care. If you have any questions about reptile care, she's your go to person!

Susan JacksonVeterinary Technician
Meet Susan! She joined our team in September 2020 and has been a technician since 2017. She has also been the coordinator for the East Texas Veterinary Medical Association since 2019, which plans events for veterinary staff to keep them up to date on their CEU’s. She is a hard worker and all about business, which we really appreciate. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her grand babies, and her dog, Evander.

Frankie PetersLicensed Veterinary Technician
Frankie joined us in Nov. 2021 and brings years of knowledge with her as well as a bright and cheerful personality. She is a licensed veterinary technician and a Wildlife Rehabilitator with a 501C3. She has a passion for animals of all kinds and loves to learn new things. Frankie's hobbies include Geocaching, Backpacking, Soap Making, and Kayaking

Stephanie HasselVeterinary Technician
Stephanie Hassel, veterinary technician and canine whisperer. She is a mom of four kids and 6 fur-babies and has been working in animal rescue for over 5 years. She enjoys hiking and exploring with her family! She brings a lot of enthusiasm and fun to the team and makes a mean cup of coffee.

Cody RiceVeterinary Technician
Cody has been a tech for 5 years and is certified in laser and swim therapy. His passion for animals led him into the field of veterinary medicine as a technician and he keeps himself up to date on all the latest advances in vet tech education. When he’s not with us, he enjoys his time cooking, vacationing, and spending quality time with family and his fur baby, Zoe.

Mica SimpsonReceptionist/Office Manager
Mica joined us as a receptionist in 2009. She was born and raised in Dallas, TX, moving to Tyler a couple of years before she found her place in our hospital. She loves all of the furry children and even has some of her own! She spends her free time gaming, movie watching, and with her fur babies.

Stacia GriffinReceptionist/Veterinary Technician
Stacia joined our team in 2015, bringing with her excellent customer care experience and an amazingly positive attitude. Her passion for animals brought her to us, and being from Whitehouse, working here made it a perfect fit. Stacia enjoys traveling and experiencing new adventures and keeps busy with her pet sitting business!

Colton DensbergerVeterinary Technician Assistant
Colton has been with our team since June of 2019. He loves to help and really makes a connection with all the animals he comes in contact with. When Colton is not at work, he spends his time with his family, sketching, or playing video games.

Kenny SpencerKennel Technician
Kenny has been with our team since the summer of 2020. He is a very hard worker and is always ready to tackle any task brought before him. He enjoys spending his time sketching and helping his family foster dogs for a rescue organization in Portland, OR .

Pam YoungGroomer
Meet Pam! She grooms those pretty pooches Monday through Thursday each week. Pam is full of energy and loves her job. She loves the lake, hunting, and spending time with her friends and family (furred and human alike).
